Joe Arditti is the Head of Marketing at Avalon, the multi-award-winning talent management, live promotion and television production group. Overseeing an in-house marketing team of 18, he leads the marketing strategy for several Avalon brands including Taskmaster, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical, and Shagged.Married.Annoyed with Chris and Rosie Ramsey.

He also leads Avalon’s marketing strategy for numerous high-profile touring artists including Russell Howard, Lee Mack, Frank Skinner, Greg Davies, Ed Gamble, Rose Matafeo and Phil Wang. Prior to Avalon, he spent 8 years as Business Director for the international entertainment advertising agency, AKA. In 2017, Joe co-founded and promoted The Monster, the world's biggest inflatable obstacle course, as part of a new immersive inflatable adult playground, selling over 100,000 tickets across the UK.

Joe has over 20 years’ experience in the entertainment industry, also spending 2 years as an artist manager for Ashley Banjo and the street dance group Diversity, and 4 years as a marketing manager for Warner Music. He has overseen advertising, marketing, and creative campaigns for some of the biggest entertainment events and brands in the UK.
