Adam Cunningham began his entertainment career in talent representation before founding his own digital agency, 87AM, in his New York City studio at the height of the economic crisis. The agency quickly expanded across three countries and was acquired in 2011 by Allied Global Marketing, the leading entertainment, culture, and lifestyle marketing agency.

Since joining Allied, Adam has led the company’s digital transformation, building world-class teams across paid media, earned media, owned media, creative solutions, and strategy & innovation. In 2020, he was named Chief Strategy Officer, becoming the youngest executive to hold a C-suite title at the company.

Adam has driven numerous AI, machine learning, and technology initiatives, including the development of Allied’s proprietary AI systems, technology platforms and data ecosystem. Additionally, his leadership in these areas has been instrumental in supporting major media and entertainment companies globally as they continue to adapt in the bleeding edge frontiers of change.

In his role, Adam oversees Allied’s global strategy and collaborates with clients to shape the future of entertainment marketing through technology, data, and creativity. Allied works with every major media company worldwide, including Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount Global, and NBCUniversal. The company also serves prominent Location-Based Entertainment (LBE) clients, such as Herschend Family Entertainment (Dollywood, Harlem Globetrotters, Silver Dollar City), Meow Wolf, Cirque du Soleil, Disney Theatrical Group, Netflix (Stranger Things Store, Netflix Bites, Squid Game: The Experience, Bridgerton Queen's Ball), Swingers, Beat the Bomb and One World Observatory.
