Having originally started out as a chartered accountant at KPMG, Jules has spend most of his career working in Insights and Analytics. Having worked across multiple businesses (PepsiCo, the BBC, Fitflop, Topshop Topman) and teams, Jules has wide range of experience enabling him to join the dots across an organisation both from a quantitative and qualitative point of view.
Jules specialises in digital, customer, and brand insights, enabling him to dive into what customers are doing, and also the why. Jules is a self-professed ‘Insights Geek’ and is currently the Head of Analytics & CRM at END., a luxury, high-end, and streetwear retailer based in Newcastle.
